Memorial Day Weekend

We went for another long car ride to go see Grandma Annette and Grandpa James cabin up North for the Memorial Day weekend. I did okay in the car considering that I decided to only sleep an hour of the four hour trip there (and back too I might add). I got to play in the sand, sit by the campfire with Dadda (in my very own chair that Grandma bought for me), and of course book time. I also got to see my cousin Kate and Uncle Eric and Aunt Jen.

My Own Tractor Ride

FINE! If you won't take me for a tractor ride, then I guess I will just have to do it myself!

Master Gardener and Mower!

...yehp, I can do it all! My Great Grandma bought me this totally kewl lawn mower. It blows bubbles (not very good) and makes noises just like Daddas! Dadda says I need to work on my straight lines.... what does that mean?

Michigan Week Parade

I bet alot of you don't know, but this week is Michigan week! And Sturgis is the "kick off city" for this week. Every year they have a big parade with fire trucks, police cars, marching bands, little go karts, and the best part..... CANDY! I got to watch the parade - yehp - all 99 entries! I sat right on my Grammy and Grampys lap and watched everything! Here are some of my favorites.....

Happy Mother's Day!

I was so excited to tell Mumma Happy Mother's Day that I thought I would get an early start... 5:30 AM to be exact. I was ready for a great day with Mumma, but she wasn't very happy to see me that early.

This is the card that I made for Mumma when I was at "school" - it's pretty kewl playing with paint and glitter!

We had a good day, we went to church and then went to see my Grammy and Great Grandmas. I had so much fun playing outside! One of my favorite things to do at Grammys is to ride the duck - they have a cement duck that is just my size, so I hop on its back, and away we go! Check me out below...

A Confirmed Hypothesis

I have found in my few months of research that repetition seems to get me what I want. So, for example, if I want to go on a tractor ride (which by the way I like to do everyday) all I need to do is just keep saying it over and over and over. If "the parent" decides to ignore me or put me off, I just get louder and louder. .....yehp, that does the trick all right!

Sprinklers!

So I'm outside chillin' in my new Cozy Coupe (car) and all of a sudden something started squirting out of the ground... all by its self! Have you seen this!? So I thought I should go check it out and guess what....??? It's water! It's kinda like my bath only soooo much more fun!!! I had to go check it out right away clothes, shoes and all. I gotta tell ya, the water was a little on the cold side, but that didn't stop me. I can't wait for the water to come out of the ground again!!!

My Sweet New Ride

FINALLY!!!! They finally got it and got me a Cozy Coupe of my own. I just love playing with all of my friends cars and now I have on of my own. I haven't figured out how to make the thing go forward, so I just cruise around the driveway backward all day! ....pretty sweet, huh!?

Cinco de Mayo.... OLE!

...that is Spanish for the 5th of May. Did you know that? We apparenlty it's a big celebration in the good ole' USA too. My friend Treys' Mumma and Dadda had all of my Kindermusik buddies over to eat and play. I tell ya, when you get four toddler boys together, look out, nothing is safe! We had a lot of fun... I really liked pushing Mason around the house in the Cozy Coupe, and then we all went in the sandbox (while all of our Daddas watched) and got REALLY, REALLY, REALLY sandy!

All Charged Up

Tractor Ride, Tractor Ride, Tractor Ride

...is what I say all day long, or at least as long as it takes until I get my way. Yeah, I've figured Mom and Dad out already, suckers.... I go for at least one tractor ride a day and most of the time I drive (with Dadda helping me out of course).

Look what else we saw out our back window the other day, a rainbow! It has all of the colors that I am learning about red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple.

The Rythm of my Day

This is my second semester of my Kindermusik class. This semester we learned about steady beats, syncapation (which is an unsteady beat), and spacial relationships. I got to hang out with my buddies Mason, Trey (his real name is Robert), and Gavin. I just love to make music with all of the instruments!
