Lazy River!

I don't know how my Mom does it, but she ROCKS! She took all three of us to an indoor waterpark. Granted we met some friends there so it was a little easier on her, I could tell she was still a nervous wreck with Elliot and I in the water and her and Ian "on dry land". Dude, we had a blast - and slept like kittens that night I might add! I played with my friend Billy and Elliot played with his brother Johnny. I'm guessing there may be another trip to Pirates Island in our very near future, but this time with Daddy too! :)

Little Devil

Mumma says if the shoe fits, then wear it. I have no idea what she was talking about when she bought me this outfit, but I guess it seems appropriate for me. Well really the blog title should be handsome little devil. ...actually the blog title should really be handsome BIG devil! I had my 6 month check up (aka a doctor proding me and nasty nurses poking me) and I am close to the 90% percentile for weight (17 pounds) and 75% for height (27"). I have yet another double ear infection and just like my big brother Elliot will soon be visiting the ENT for my set of ear tubes. I am still pretty much a bump on a log, can't sit up or crawl, and I don't think my Mom is really encouraging those milestones just yet. But overall a healthy (not so) little devil.

Blizzard 2011

Whoa...can you say snow!? The blizzard of 2011 came in fierce on a Tuesday night and went all night long! We received well over a foot of snow, and some snow drifts were twice as tall as Myles! All this snow does make for some pretty good play time outside though. :)

I think most of you know that Elliot had his second set of PE (ear) tubes placed and this adenoids removed. He has battled ear infections since practically birth and we are hoping this is the end of them! He was a very good patient, he even got to go for a wagon ride around the outpatient surgery unit at the hospital. Of course Arf, and blankiepaci were with him the entire time. Mumma was a nervous wreck the entire time, but it was over before I knew it. His surgery went well and he back to his sassy little two and a half year old self. :)

Happy 1/2 Birthday Ian!

Well, they didn't throw me a party or anything like they did for my biggest and probably second biggest brother when they were six months old, but at least my old lady managed some free time to at least take a couple of pictures of me. I am still the same old high maintenance crybaby that I have always been, just getting a little bigger and louder I suppose. I still can't sit up yet, but I guess that will come sooner than later. I'll be sure give you all of my stats once I go to the doctor in a couple of weeks.

Kung Fu Update...

I had the most awesome time at Kung Fu last week. My Mother however, did not......

Mumma was doing her 10k training on the track that surrounds my class and while running ,she looks up and sees some parents cleaning some protective gear (helmets and chest guards). No big deal she thought...they are just cleaning them for the class after mine, which is for older kids. Well, guess what.....??? WRONG! Dude, they suited us up and we got to go on one on one contact kung fu!!! SSWWWEEETTTT! Kicking and punching each other without getting in trouble. It was totally awesome, no other words to describe it other than that, totally awesome. I could tell Mumma was keeping a very close eye on me while sparring with my friend Owen and that she wasn't so sure of this class she enrolled me in. I however, LOVED it! :)

Deer Hunters

Shhhh....be very, very quiet....we're hunting deer! Okay, so it's not a deer, it's Daddy with deer antlers on, and we have Nerf guns, but boy o' boy is it fun!! Maybe we should be the teacher and on this one and show DADDY how to hunt for deer! :)

Judo Chop!

Mumma signed me up for this super kewl class at the Y called HapKiDo, but I like to refer to it as Kung Fu!! I am learning self defense as well as building self confidence. It's awesome, we get to kick and punch and NOT get in trouble for it! Mumma told me that I can do all of my judo chops at class, but can't come home and go all kung fu on my brother(s)!
