These Shoes Are Made For Walking

Houston....we have a walker!!!! So I finally decided to save some damage to my knees and start walking. I pretty much went from crawling to running through the house chasing my brothers! I am actually walking about 2 months sooner my older brothers did. So look out here I come!!!!

Back to School

I can't believe that summer is over and it's time for school (again!). Actually I really like going to school...okay, I really like riding the bus to (and from) school. :) I am in kindergarten this year at Mattawan Early Elementary and my teacher is Mrs. Niewoonder. So far, she seems pretty kewl and I have one friend from my Young 5's class in my new class.

Elliot is also going to school this year. He is at Grace Montessori Preschool three days a week. ....AND LOVES IT!!! There was no looking back for him when we arrived at the school. Mumma had to call him back give some sugar. His teachers are Mrs. Eley and Mrs. Long (my old Kindermusik teacher).

Two Little Boys, One BIG City

Mumma and Daddy took Elliot and I to the Windy City....that's Chicago, if you don't know what I'm talking about. I wasn't sure why they kept calling it that until I got there.....woah....is this city windy!!!

We rode the train into the city and did all sorts of fun things like help build the new Brickly Dragon at the Lego store, see the Disney Store, go to Navy Pier, boat rides, the zoo, beach, aquarium and Rainforest Cafe. We even got to see cow milking...in Chicago!!! :)

Oh, Mumma and Daddy showed us different types of transportation in a big city, things like taxis, water taxis, buses, and trains. My favorite part of the trip was the sharks at the aquarium and Elliot liked the zoo. We had perfect weather and a great trip and I can't wait to go back again!!

New Hair Do

You have no idea the trauma that I go through when these people get my haircut. I hate, no, I LOATHE getting my haircut!!!!! So they finally got smart and just got a short cut so that I won't have to go back anytime soon!

What's New With Ian

So, I can stand, for just a bit, but crawling is still my most preferred means of transportation these days!

Look out Mick Jagger, there a new man in town...Sreamin' Ian (in more ways than just singing!)

Putt-Puttin' Around

We we finally convinced Mumma to take us miniature golfing. It was a very quick 18 holes and as you can see our form wasn't quite what it should be, but we had a blast and can't wait to go again!

Mumma said this was as close as we are gonna get to Disney World for at least a couple of years.... :)

Look Ma'....No Hands

Okay, so I'm not quite there YET, but I decided it was time for the training wheels to come off and to start riding my bike like a kindergartner! I was a very quick to learn, Mumma said it was something like ripping off a band-aide or something like that.....and so far, haven't had one crash (although I'm sure that will happen at some point). Stay tuned for some more pictures but you can watch a short video of me for now.
